Developed product strategies and roadmaps across the full lifecycle of product changes, including ideation, testing, and rollout. • Formed new OEM partnerships team. Developed originations strategy for new partnership with major electric car manufacturer, with approval for up to $1B of annual originations.• Developed foundational learning agenda for dealer compensation policy. Conducted three tests of various compensation changes, generating key learnings. Testing outcomes ultimately didn’t support a case for broad rollout.• Redesigned proof of income requirements, leveraging predictive modeling to reduce customer friction without sacrificing on customer protection. Changes increased annual originations volume by +15% (or $1.1B). Managed wide variety of deliverables across key stakeholders (project roadmap, credit approval, testing, technical implementation, legal & compliance reviews, etc.).

• Managed a tailored credit sub-program for a large dealer partner that originates ~$700 MM in loans annually. Developed the COVID response for Capital One’s outward facing Diamond Dealer program.• Migrated critical credit infrastructure and regulatory reporting to the cloud. Learned and leveraged big data tools such as PySpark to improve reporting performance. In one case, reduced the cost associated with report generation by 75%.
