CurrentApplying expertise in CODA-Financials, TROPOS ERP to improve the procurement and logistics processes in SME manufacturing and thereby delivering increased benefit and ROI from these customer's existing business systems. Working with senior management and stakeholders to identify the business requirements and presenting the proposed business process changes and system configurations back to the senior management team. Source and manage the required add-ons (web pages, wpp layouts, SQL, scheduled data import scripts, sfdc scripts) and deploy correctly for testing and proof of concept. Provide user training and confirm the successful adoption of the revised business process. Changes led to quick and accurate monthly accounting, removed dependencies on individual employees, improved control of stock levels and working capital and increased employee productivity.Areas covered include: monthly stock, WIP & GRNI reconciliation, PI checking procedures, packaging requirements planning tool, material call off, commodity purchasing planning tool, departmental purchasing procedure, distributed resource planning tool supporting field engineer parts replenishment, PO delivery scheduling, PO receipting via handheld devices, automated purchase invoicing, retros management and automatic calculation, accrual and invoicing of freight charges.The above changes to business processes were supported by designing web pages to invoke the agreed business rules, query the underlying Oracle databases and perform the required underlying business system transactions.
