Consultant, EMEA Service Provider Team (Interim role). Development and roll-out of an Excel VBA sales forecasting tool allowing tracking by sale teams, customers, and products through a full twelve month rolling forecast.

£5bn turnover group that underwent a large corporate restructure Bid evaluation, due diligence, and partnering external advisors during the sale of 4 divisions for £500m. Reduction in monthly Board reporting timetable from 6 weeks to 2 weeks;  Development of a standardised Group-wide investment analysis tools and governance process.
