Talent Manager = Serve as consultant to hiring managers on talent acquisition needs, appropriate staffing levels, and guiding them through the interview and hiring process. Work as main point of contact with outside staffing agencies for contingent labor and seek alternatives to use of outside labor (such as in-house float pools and action teams). Train managers on applicant tracking systems as well as other programs and recruitment/hiring processes. Also presented New Leadership Orientation. Partner with HR to place return to work (worker's comp) employees.
