The team manages ~$90 million of Annual Recurring Revenue across ~300 customers. My prior experiences have been in software Account Executive roles. Having 20+ years in software sales helps me to connect and partner with sales counterparts on a different level than most Customer Success Leaders. I understand the challenges my sales counterparts face. I work closely with them to add value to the sales cycle and ensure their customers are happy, renew and grow.
