In addition introduced apprenticeships within IT and started building a team which captured the skills and knowledge required so that the team were no longer reliant on consultants.Programme Manager for a complete infrastructure refresh including hardware and software across a tired IT infrastructure with out dated hardware and software. The results of which meant the IT team delivered a desktop to staff which they asked for which was ‘modern, reliable and fast’. In addition the business gained a secure, flexible and robust infrastructure consisting of 60 virtual servers, which were backed up in real time automatically to another site.
