CurrentOf late, I’ve been thoroughly enjoying my time working with the Association of Local Government Information Managers ALGIM, Workforce Development Councils Ohu Mahi, and Microsoft Gold Solution and Learning Partners, in my mission to bring exceptional and affordable end user training to their members, teams, clients, and partners, throughout Aotearoa New Zealand. I also empower executives, management, employees and contractors of companies, local authorities, non-profits and charities to better use their software and tech solutions.I train people to use software, services, and devices from Microsoft, Apple, Google and more. A lot of my work lately has been Microsoft 365 based: - providing high level overviews of the service to small and large groups of over a hundred at a time, - conducting custom Microsoft Teams training, - and enthralling enraptured longtime Excel, Word and Windows users with my personally designed Skills Booster sessions.I also get engaged by change managers, IT managers, end user service managers, and help desk team leaders to conduct sessions and workshops to create strong and effective champions and training teams. Clients also use me to learn and then train their bespoke solutions and also help tweak their products or services make users happy. My success as a trainer, coach, and facilitator stems from 3 decades of international experience.I have an ability to soak up technical information quickly, and convey that information in ways that attendees and participants from a multitude of industries and backgrounds are able to then easily absorb, comprehend and apply.
