This is a multifaceted position where I answer all questions about accounts, phone sales, guide customers through troubleshooting their phones, and provide solutions to customer needs remotely. All customer interactions happen over the phone and with customers who are not familiar with smart phones, so I have the pleasure of teaching people on basic phone operations while researching solutions to new problems and using a CRM as a customer history reference.

This was a one time project where I collaborated with a full stack developer to condense a website from 27 to 7 pages, increased page loading speed, and modernized the design with the goal of customer retention and increased sales. I lead this project focused on condensing the website of a small business where I set priorities, write requirements, write testing procedures, test branches, and lead meetings. I have experience working in a Scrum workflow, writing tickets in GitLab, and testing our product in Visual Studio Code.
