Assigned to the Wholesale Risk Transformation Programme, my remit was to support transformation of risk capability and integrate heritage risk systems and operational architecture to create a centralised hub. During the programme, I improved data controls and safeguarded data integrity, whilst supporting the adoption of new FSA regulatory requirements.

Based within digital banking, I developed and integrated controls between online banking and existing retail distribution channels, set-up a PMO, defined business cases for marketing and controlled all costs, supplier relationships and risks. This includes PMO governance processes for a £multimillion online banking renewal programme.
