Responsible for managing system updates, system enhancements, and troubleshooting user and system issues within Encompass.- Created a number of workflow enhancements limiting the number of clicks for end users, while limiting process and data entry errors.- Created and managed connections with third party vendors, allowing use of their services through Loan origination software.- Managed business rules, templates, and other tools within the software to automate as much of the process as possible for the end user.- Onboarded new loan application software and ran system tests to ensure mapping was accurate from the vendor. Worked closely to troubleshoot issues and continued to work closely with their management team to continue support of the application.
