Built team of 16 SMEs located in US, UK, Pakistan and KL to facilitate service operation and multiple project support as BPCS was implemented in various sites. Designed and built validated SQL Control System (in RPG) to give more control over the data change management process. Improved performance of change control process from 11 days average completion time to 6 when SQL Control System implemented. Saved £200k by using tool in JDE Service. Improved supply chain business processes and use of MRP on two sites in India by visiting the sites and giving advice on operational use of the system and concepts of MRP. Developed process to shut down a system in a controlled way whilst meeting the needs of the data migration project and business operation.
