Designed and communicated software architecture for data ingestion services for Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP). Identified and mitigated security and scalability risks. Collaborated with architects, product managers, and senior leadership on roadmap priorities and requirements.

Led a team of 16 product managers to define and prioritize product development work for 180 person software development group with a focus on foundational services for digital marketing software including APIs, data import/export, data modeling, data segmentation tools, reporting, and security.

Working directly with 20+ software development and product management teams to align on high-level software system design and technical standards for high scale social media publishing, engagement, social customer service, and analytics systems. Working with product leadership team on strategic product direction and implementing that vision. Occasional product owner for internal facing engineering teams.

Led design and implementation of new platform services. Designed ISV-extensible data enrichment platform to process hundreds of millions of documents per day and provide high volume, low latency query services for enriching documents on demand based on customer-specific configurations.
