I'm a Security professional who has a strong passion for Cloud and Application Security engineering/ automation, and offensive security/red teaming. My experience doing security testing on applications of all kinds has allowed me to understand the hacker mindset, and to understand and identify the mistakes organizations make that commonly result in security breaches.Businesses are under pressure to secure their applications and protect user data, and are forced to spend limited time and resources on security. As a security engineer, I've helped businesses balance the needs of the business with security risk with limited overhead by introducing security early in the SDLC, and automating security wherever possible. I believe the future of security lies in leveraging the "everything-as-code" trend we are seeing throughout the technology industry, and introducing security controls / automation in that codified environment.
