My personal mission is, “To constantly make a difference, change others’ lives for good, and leave a positive impact on everyone I meet.” For the last 24+ years, I've worked in the utilities industry as a field technician, a trades scheduler/planner, as a superintendent overseeing rural water systems located around the Las Vegas valley, and now as the Systems Operations Superintendent for the Las Vegas Valley Water District. I've served for years as a volunteer member of clergy leadership, substituted in local classrooms as a guest teacher, and earned my MBA from an AACSB accredited business university. I believe that a leader's responsibility is to create more good leaders, and much of my life has been spent mentoring and counseling others in an effort to make their lives better. Doing good for others motivates me; successfully leading groups and organizations brings me happiness.
