I oversee and am responsible for all aspects of the club, ensuring a family-focused environment that promotes healthy social and athletic interactions.The BAC offers sports and activities for all skill levels and age groups. The BAC hosts several thriving racquet programs including tennis on four Har-Tru courts, squash on five international courts and one doubles court, paddle and pickleball on four courts, a top-tier swimming program, and a fitness and wellness center. The BAC was founded in 1955 and has 625+ members.

The two Donald Ross-designed golf courses average 45,000 rounds of golf annually. The Club was established in 1899.

Complete oversight and accountability for all Club staff, Club operations and community relations for this family-oriented 103-year-old 501(c)(7) Club offering year-round services including golf, dining, fitness, swimming and tennis. The Club has an average of 619 active members in various membership categories and $7.2 million in gross annual revenue, including annual dues of $2.9 million and combined food and beverage volume of $1.9 million. The Willie Park Jr. designed golf course averages 19,000 rounds of golf annually. Rich in tradition and golf history, the Club most recently hosted the WGA Western Junior Championship (2016), 93rd GAM Championship (2014), and the Michigan Amateur (2007).

Complete financial accountability of all club operations, as well as business, employee and community relations in an 87 year old private member-owned club with more than 450 members and gross revenues of $2.7 million, including dues of $1million and food/beverage sales of $1 million. Club operations also include an outdoor pool area with a separate kiddie pool, 2 outdoor tennis courts, 2 casual dining rooms seating 100, 3 formal dining rooms seating 200 and a banquet facility seating 300 operated by 2 separate and complete kitchens.

Responsible for success of all Clubhouse departments including all dining and lounge areas, kitchens, banquet sales and operations, locker rooms, housekeeping and maintenance in a member-owned private club with gross revenues of $4.6 million, with $1.8 million in food and beverage, and a resident member wait list of more than 40 families.
