Support Services for Veteran Families Outreach LiaisonTasked with the responsibility of developing relationships with potential partner agencies and community stakeholders to fulfill mission requirements that will minimize or eliminate barriers to housing of the homeless veteran population in Central Oklahoma.-Chairman of the Advisory Council to end Veteran Homelessness in Oklahoma, Cleveland, Pottawatomie, Logan, Lincoln, and Canadian Counties-Established and maintained outreach efforts to achieve the organizations goal of “Functional Zero” veteran homelessness-Developed a no cost transportation initiative for the population served at no cost to the organization or the veterans served-Cultivated a statewide partnership with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW)-Oklahoma City Coalition to End Poverty committee member-Wellness Now CoalitionSupport Services for Veteran Families Case ManagerResponsible for assisting program participants in their efforts to achieve and maintain a level of independence through stable, permanent housing.
