• Back-end testing using SQL(Toad) to locate, gather, modify, and vet data in an Oracle relational database, PuTTY to execute batch scripts, WinSCP to review log data.
• Member of the test team responsible for bringing 40 counties in California under one eligibility system, a first in state history.
• Created test plans from scratch with strict adherence to design documentation.

• Sole QA ownership of all JavaScript web apps in Experience Manager, Xevo’s flagship entertainment platform for the cruise industry. Shipped countless releases to the world’s biggest fleets over five years.
• Single-handedly planned and executed all black and gray-box testing of front-end web apps with back-end and server architecture testing: in-room entertainment, video on demand, audio and video streaming, digital signage.
