The essential functions of the Talent & Training Coordinator include: screening all applicants that apply for the BONNEY Staffing Center, manage all incoming resumes, confirm employment history, and provide a complete and the comprehensive general employment orientation.Once an applicant completes the general orientation, the Talent & Training Coordinator will administer all pre-employment paperwork. Amidst the management of the essential job functions, the Talent & Training Coordinator is also in charge of recruitment strategies using social media and other job boards. As part of the BONNEY Staffing team, Talent &Training Coordinator adheres to all employment laws as they pertain to the employment process.
