Responsibilities:Primarily to develop and implement a strategic risk management plan including avoidance, reduction, and risk transfer strategies. Helping clients initiate and maintain partial self funded insurance plans (including high deductible, retro, and captive plans).Quarterback the risk control, management and mitigation on behalf of the client so we may achieve the strategic plan.Review claims data and negotiate with appropriate third parties as needed.Negotiate pricing on all insurance procurements.Effectively communicate the feedback from all stakeholders, develop critical action plans and present those to management of the client for review.Manage a team of employees to meet client and stakeholder expectations.
