Designed and executed hydraulic stimulation programs for Utica and Marcellus wells in Tioga, PA.- Saved money by implementing entirely new stimulation design, a first for Shell in Pennsylvania, collaborating with technical and subsurface teams, integrating input and requests for designing cost effective stimulation design.- Increased productivity by managing several new technologies trials in industry, collaborating with outside vendors on new wireline and stimulation technologies, and implementing in Shell wells for 1st time.

Managed Shell Turkey's Dadas shale drilling campaign.- Improved quality by designing and drilling 2 deepest wells in entire country of Turkey.- Reduced costs from $50M per well to $25M by redesigning well, decreasing drill times, renegotiating contracts with vendors, and reducing unnecessary scope.

Managed planning, design, and operations for 1-3 drilling rigs, drilling over 100 Marcellus and Utica wells.- Resolved persistent environmental problems with open top tank spills as representative to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Common Interest Network by investigating third party solutions.- Eliminated downtime by collaborating with legal, environmental, regulatory, and technical teams, managing schedule of 5+ drilling rigs.- Saved $15M per year by leading Solids Control project, designing new method for handling, transporting, and disposing drilled cuttings on rig site, and facilitating new contracts with third party vendors.- Improved quality by mentoring on-site representatives on ‘Engineering Assignment’.

Oversaw 1 - 2 drilling rigs, drilling horizontal Haynesville wells.- Drove drilling times from 125 days to 30 days by optimizing bit and motor selection, improving drilling parameters and mud design, and other enhancements.

Led operations and HSE for Nabors 776 drilling wells in South Texas.- Optimized use of shale shaker system by training crews in proper operation in series vs. parallel configurations.

Engineer for hydrology / water well program.- Accelerated operation procedure delivery by designing and drilling hydrology wells in conjunction with Shell’s ‘Freeze Wall Test’ in Piceance Creek Basin in Colorado.
