After spending the earlier years of my career producing and managing global advertising campaigns and Super Bowl commercials, I co-founded Lo & Sons, a premiere digitally native and direct-to-consumer brand in the travel bag and accessories space. Then for almost 15 yrs, I helped build a family owned self-funded company into a globally recognized brand and profitable business with over $100 million in lifetime sales and hundreds of thousands of customers. My experiences have provided me with a unique balance of "big picture" leadership/management experience, but plenty of hands-on "in the weeds" experience in a wide range of functional areas - creative direction, financial operations, marketing/branding, supply chain logistics, product development/design, merchandising/planning, internal ops, and graphic design.
