In the tax law department we advice individuals and companies, in national and international taxation. In particular, family businesses, private clients, companies and groups of companies.During 2012 tax amnesty campaign, I developed a program to simplify the work in tax regularizations. The object of the program consists in automate the calculus of the returns and gains according to the Personal Income Tax Law. This allowed the coordination of the criteria, the standarization of the working model and the performance improvement of the tax lawyers.In 2013 I had the chance to rotate to the Corporate law department, where I worked with corporate law, M&A, contracts and real estate.During my stage at Corporate department I participated in the due diligence of SAREB (the asset management company created from the assets from the spanish banks during the crisis), coordinating the team and the technical tools in the firm.
