I started out as a musician early in my career and performed internationally. I then decided to explore a career in business, attended business school, got an MBA and founded a start up in the early days of the internet developing the first e-commerce site for Yahoo! Following that venture, I became a partner in a promotional company and helped propel it into the Inc. 500 two years in a row. I then worked in client services with a talented staff of creative and strategic thinkers in a boutique advertising agency for several years and followed that role by joining a top import supplier to the promotional industry.Recently I decided to change career direction as a result of focusing on my own health challenges. While working with a Functional Medicine physician over the last two years, I made changes to my diet, fitness and stress level and reversed a chronic condition. I now want to take the experience and knowledge I have gained in my health journey and help others improve their health and wellness. That is why I decided to become a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. My mission now is to help people reverse symptoms of chronic disease and improve their health and wellness.
