The bank processes >$1B in cheques daily.* Partner with IBM’s Application Consulting group to deliver a payments modernization program, architected and iteratively delivered on Azure, and built using Infrastructure as Code (IAC).Key Project Highlights:** Successful completion of this multi-year $250M program enabled the bank to achieve technology currency and service stability. ** IBM effectively introduced a program governance framework to cost-effectively manage all parts of this complex program.

Act as Lead Project Executive for mainframe tower including sales opportunity identification, proposal development and negotiation.* Accountable for successful delivery of the contract, client satisfaction and financial health of the account, including identifying growth and innovation opportunities. * Second-in-charge to Global Senior Project Executive including direct responsibilities for business controls and financial management of $50M+ US annual contract spend.

Project highlights include:* State Street: Oversaw outsourced deskside & network services for 2,000 users.* Acted as Project Executive for Symcor and completed transition to new contract with successful direction and completion of security and service management transformation projects.* Directed multi-country global outsourcing contract for The Gap, covering all aspects of Canadian delivery and operations.

Lead Project Executive for successful renewal of a seven-year, multi-tower deal worth $300M US. Deal was completed in three months, with over 80% of the existing contract rewritten. Towers included mainframe, midrange, storage utility & back-up.⎫ Oversaw delivery transition of work from Argentina and Canada to India. Transition was delivered on time and under budget.⎫ Achieved all project financial objectives while identifying new opportunities for business growth and cost management.
