CurrentFind part to part integration issues through checking math data designs that represent specific vehicle builds and drive resolution into physical parts delivered to pre-production vehicle build operations. Creation of virtual Pre-Production Bucks and Kits for both Integration and Plant Validation to validate accuracy of vehicle BOMs to support continuous vehicle development activities. Conduct live Virtual BOM reviews with various vehicle commodity departmental engineering throughout, to identify and document both non-required and missing parts. Work with Pre-Production Specification analysts to adjust BOMs based upon feedback and communications resulting from Virtual Review sessions. Work with engineering customers to adjust and correct BOMs accordingly. Business value is to greatly improve 1st time Quality of Pre-Production Bucks and Kits, identify cost savings opportunities and help to avoid re-work and storage fees as well as well as rescheduling. Assure correct parts are required for completeness to eliminate Pre-Production shop floor stoppage.
