Responsible for job technical manuals. Releasing drawings and jobs after costumer approval. Once approved for assembly to build and machine shop to make parts, then I create the job manuals for the specific order from costumer sales order, which includes adding the bill of materials for every assembly used in machine and detailed labeled drawings. I would detail these drawings on SolidWorks to make sure they fit the costumers order. I work with the Engineers to ensure any changes I make on the parts in SolidWorks are correct for assembly. I would also work with machine shop to send them part drawings and I would make any necessary measurement changes to the part before they machine it. Also worked assembling parts for the automatic screw drivers and screw feeders based on costumers order. I would assemble these parts from approved released drawings and work with assembly to create and then test the machines before shipping.

Worked in Howmet Aerospace, Alcoa Fastening Systems & Rings. Positioned in the engineering tooling department to help analyze tools needed to make ring parts before they are put in the machining process. SolidWorks and CAD were used to analyze tools and parts. Also gained NCR quality check experience by reviewing parts post-forged that were made with the tools and finding solutions to the parts that could not pass inspection. Experienced working environments in a forge shop and inspecting the parts created by the forging machine. These parts are created in the orders of the customer. At the end of the internship, I presented my tool inventory project, in which I am assigned to create an inventory to organize tools in racks and view sale value for each part, Then I also presented my second project, in which I was tasked to review the NCR history of parts created by certain forge machines then see which machines work best for creating a certain part, which would determine production value on the part. Through the internship, I was able to see how these tools work in creating the part in the forge shop.

Worked with a group of other engineering interns and reported to my supervisor, to research and test COVID-19 face mask efficiency and breathability, I developed an automatic lung respiratory system using Arduino hardware/software to simulate tests for human breathing for testing and have done multiple tests with biology methods and optical methods. The research was also done on static charge in masks. Worked closely with the head researcher and with the group to complete all the experiments. Data analysis was the main factor to have all results organized.
