Provided new development and maintenance support of existing instance and customizations for large-scale ServiceNow MSP instance. • Lead implementation of major instance revision project Modernization, which included live migration of instance from Oracle to MariaDB backend, update from Jakarta to New York major versions, and implementation of Customer Service application and portal.• Implemented multiple integrations with ServiceNow, including SSO (Okta), LDAP integration, as well as other applications (PagerDuty, Five9, Solarwinds).

Provided user technical support for the College of Arts and Sciences faculty and staff. Serviced all college-owned computer labs.• Implemented college wide replacement and upgrade for three separate computer labs (totalling over 250 systems) [August 2012]• Led service team in providing and improving user support via phone and email.
