I was initially engaged by DeCurtis as a consultant through Plain Sight Strategy to transform this custom application development services company from a standard development partnership model to a SaaS provider for the hospitality and cruise industry. Assessed existing portfolio of products, utilizing features from a top performing solution, developed on behalf of a leading cruise and entertainment company, to collaboratively develop the Mobile Assembly Suite (MAS). Realigned the 200-member engineering and product teams in India. Rebranded the business, spearheaded go-to-market strategy and business development with industry leaders. Achievements Include♦ Reached multimillion-dollar revenue gains, securing contracts with 4 of the largest cruise lines.
