With over 25+ years of experience, I have multiple overseen testing programs, projects and have lead large testing teams in the Distribution, Industrial, Energy & Utilities, Insurance, Banking/Financial, and Telecom domains. I am also an expert in establishing of new testing teams, Testing Centers of Excellence (COEs), and the development and management of Enterprise Testing Level Processes and Governance. Operating within regulated environments and adhering to standards such as IEEE, CMM, and ISO, I possess a profound understanding of testing tools and methodologies, including Automation Next Level, QA Transformation, Testing Maturity Elevation, BDD, Agile, and others. Notably, I have led large-scale testing programs as a Testing Program Leader for SAP (particularity now for migrations to S4..), Oracle, Maximo, Duckcreek, Guidewire and Pega Testing Programs. My diverse portfolio also encompasses work in Mobile, Web, Mainframe/Legacy, Payments, among other areas.I also take great pride in my role as an Executive Director on the Canadian Software Testing Board (CSTB), the national member board of the ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board). This position allows me to contribute to and support the testing community both in Canada and internationally, a responsibility that I find particularly fulfilling.
