I’m a people person, and it’s deeply fulfilling that I can get out of my office and interact with people to connect their needs to the organization’s mission and values. Getting a chance to spend time near the water calms me—sea or lake, there’s just something so relaxing about it. As a native Australian, I still like to visit there regularly.
