Starting in February 2020, I worked primarily on data center projects. These fast-paced projects have rapidly changing and tentative construction schedules. I learned a lot as part of a crew working for a sizeable signatory contractor with a fixed organizational structure, policies, and procedures. During this time, I polished my collaboration and communication skills, working towards on-time completion in a short time frame.

Before joining the local in 2013, the beginning of my plumbing journey involved working for my father, a Master plumber in Maryland and a small business owner based out of southern Maryland. When not busy with light commercial, doing mainly tenant spaces, waste, water service, residential, and re-certifying backflow devices would stay engaged with service work. The type of work included working in restaurant kitchens and residential and commercial properties. Dealing with customers on a more one-on-one basis made it possible to enhance my communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Before joining the local in 2013, I began my plumbing journey by working for my father, who is a Master plumber in Maryland and also a small business owner based out of southern Maryland. I was primarily engaged in light commercial work, mainly tenant spaces, waste, water service, and residential plumbing. Additionally, I was involved in re-certifying backflow devices and service work, such as fixing plumbing issues in restaurant kitchens and residential and commercial properties. Interacting with clients more personally helped me improve my communication skills and emphasize customer satisfaction as the top priority.
