Responsible for client acquisition, retention, and success. Current clients include a fintech startup, an established non-profit, two telemedicine businesses, and several retail companies. Project highlights from the past 10+ years:- Multiple Super PAC and nonprofit digital campaigns, registering millions of supporters/advocates and generating eight figures in donation revenues for clients;- Complete overhaul of software and business process for well-established big data company, completing transition from traditional infrastructure to cloud facilities along with instilling a culture and discipline of documentation, planning, and life cycle management;- Created several new products for fintech industries focusing on enhanced business operations through the use of big data, developing architecture that has processed hundreds of millions of public records in the real estate and financial industries;- Built out "business in a box" multi-location contact center from scratch including location build out, staffing, process development, supporting technologies, pro forma, business plan and management for a B2C company providing home services and finance products;- Developed the footprint for a contact center comprised entirely of more than 100 work from home contractors and a team of international developers including development, deployment and management of supporting tools, processes, accounting, time keeping, reporting, and business development activities; and- Grew a network of 75+ offshore contact centers in the Philippines, India, Pakistan, Columbia, Mexico, and several other central/south American countries to generate leads for a wide range of products. Built the contact center software, sales process and automation, data management operations, and provided all sales and training management.
