As a Senior Lecturer, I was tasked to teach various degrees across various departments, which makes me a very flexible, adaptable and outcome driven person. My recent notable innovations in teaching include the Digital Marketplace and Marketing Research Poster Exhibition which proves that with education kept fresh and relatable each time to the students; they can pleasantly surprise you with their eagerness to showcase their passion in their work. I can present myself with teaching leadership amongst my colleagues and will continue to inspire innovative teaching philosophies in my current institutionI started my research venture with a book chapter and was fortunate to present numerous papers in conferences from a wide variety of subject areas with many experts from different fields. Growing as a researcher, I was lucky enough to publish papers and serve as track chairs and reviewers for international conferences. Most recently, I was attached to the University of Southern Queensland as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer to work on a couple of high impact research projects and was invited to South Africa to give a seminar paper on Marketing Intelligence. I believe that being a researcher means being able to contribute back to the body of knowledge. Juggling teaching and research, I managed to contribute back to the community. Currently I am proud to be the Advisor to the Sunway Dance Club (SDC) and Sunway University Marketing Society (SUMS).

As an Applications Consultant, I was tasked to engage clients who were interested in transforming thier business processes to be more efficient with the help and use of statistical and data mining software. I was asked to develop and deliver presentations and corporate tranings that cater to the needs of the industry which ranges from education of banking to insurance sectors
