Statoil Mariner HUC

• Responsible for the delivery of all piping, mechanical and HVAC scopes on the £4.5bn Mariner project.
• Responsible for installation of all welded pipe work including NDE and hydrotesting. Installation of all bolted pipework including flange management. Installation of hook up rotating and static equipment. Hook up and.
• Responsible for constructability, planning, manning, productivity & safety of all scope under my control.
• Responsible for generation, execution and progress reporting against the construction plan.
• Responsible for ensuring that all work under my control met project quality and completion standards.
• I left the project in January 2019 following successful completion of all piping & mechanical base scope.

Aberdeen, United Kingdom

• Tasked with providing organization, structure, drive & focus to the senior supervision. I was responsible for ensuring that work scopes, punch list clearance & systems handovers were complete in line with plan.
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting on key drivers and indicators such as the construction plan, MC / SH1 handover schedule and completions progress to Aker Solutions and client senior management.
• Key project interface between the onshore & offshore construction, commissioning & completions teams
• First Oil was achieved in February 2017 and I left this role when First Gas was achieved in April 2017.

HUC Of Premier Oil's Solan Platform

• Recruited into the overdue and over budget HUC of Premier Oils Solan project to coordinate and complete outstanding construction and commissioning activities to enable handover to startup team.
• Responsible for execution of outstanding construction activities ensuring efficient handover of priority systems to commissioning and startup teams.
• Responsible for the day to day management & supervision of the hydro & N2/He testing contractor. I managed, reported on & was responsible for their productivity, quality & safety performance including offshore review.
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting on key drivers such as the construction plan, handover schedule and GOC progress to Aker Solutions and the Premier Oil senior management.
• First oil was achieved in April 2016 and I left the project in June 2016.

Freon Replacement Project, Theddlethorpe Gas Terminal

• Transferred to the role of delivery manager on the Freon upgrade project at Theddlethorpe Gas Terminal
• I was responsible for setting up the systems, procedures and teams required to take the project through the completions and testing phase before handover to Conoco Philips commissioning team.
• I was the key project interface for Amec Foster Wheeler to the client’s senior management on all completions and testing issues.
• Responsible for the management of all hydro testing, flange management, chemical cleaning and passivation contractors. Including pre-contract engagement and planning.

Offshore North Sea

• Initially working onshore participating in constructability reviews, helping build the offshore team structure, setting out pre-mobilization training requirements & early stage planning and preparations.
• Offshore I was responsible for multi discipline construction delivery including safety performance, productivity, efficiency and quality of work.
• I was responsible for the delivery of the 28 day plan, driving and guiding the offshore team to remain focused on the critical path to ensure key milestones and MC1 dates achieved for timely handover.
• The offshore construction was delivered on schedule, and was recognized as “best in class” for Amec Foster wheeler North Sea projects in terms of productivity and safety.

Offshore North Sea

• Working in the role of Construction Superintendent on the Hook Up and Commissioning of Conoco Phillips HP/HT Jasmine Wellhead and Living Quarters platforms.
• Managing and responsible for all piping, structural, mechanical and welding work-scopes.
• Responsible for the management of a multi-national construction team of Amec & 3rd party contractors.
• Responsible for the overall project progress I ensured that construction personnel, materials and 3rd party support were in place ensuring the critical path was followed and project milestones were achieved.
• I helped contribute to a successful project with first gas achieved in November 2013.

Offshore North Sea - Jasmine Project

• Initially based onshore ahead the HUC phase. Planning and preparing work packs, drawings and WCCs etc
• Reporting to the construction superintendent I was responsible for all aspects of piping installation & testing ensuring that productivity levels were high whilst maintaining a good safety culture.
• Responsible for accurate time writing, job card completion, progress reporting and work pack close out.
