Responsible for implementing, and maintaining the company's infrastructure (storage, servers, networking) and applications/systems spread across a 200+ mixed server (Windows/Linux) environment running on VMware ESXi, as well as various cloud providers (Office 365, AWS CloudFront, and Azure).Orchestrated and successfully tested a failover of all critical corporate applications to a DR facility for a weekend while analyzing performance and confirming business continuity.Migrated all users, distribution lists, and contacts from the on-premise Microsoft Exchange server to Exchange Online/Office 365 reducing management overhead. Responsible for the planning and implementation of new Active Directory domain controllers to replace the aging 2003 servers. Managed all corporate domains and configuration of Apache/IIS web servers. Provided rotational 24/7 on-call support to ensure 99.9% or better uptime of all critical services.

Responsible for providing tier 2 support for 300+ employees. Researched, tested and implemented corporate video conferencing solution. Deployed Microsoft Forefront Endpoint Protection to replace aging corporate anti-virus and deployed WSUS to ensure desktops were always patched and updated.
