Utilising my software developed we have now created Locator Global Pty Ltd creating a global sales channel starting here in Australia with Locator Australia. Locator Australia is helping property developers sell their projects.As we deploy across each country we are releasing a new dedicated web site and we invite sales agents and investors to join our network and enjoy the success.

Using modern technology to create new ways, to help local small businesses right across Australia by facilitating donations from Coffee Shops, Roasters, Cafes, Bistros and Restaurant's, as elected by their consumers, to benefit local and national Australian community charities. This project has connected me and my team to an amazing set of human beings, across the entire supply chain and it is a pleasure to help everyone.

Initially working with Mark Tolley and Mike Shadforth within Nexus Property Group, as part of a new team created to deliver a unique approach to property investment opportunities. Preparing communication strategies, delivering them via telemarketing call script campaigns and delivering developers traditional project marketing solutions to help them get their buildings occupied or sold for development projects while creating funding syndicates for select projects too was an all encompassing role.Working with John Shadforth was a pleasure, working with Mike was amazing, his energy and passion has no limits, and working with Mark as one of the best copy writers was awesome. I got a very good education on how life in Queensland and the property developer industry is, for which I am very grateful. While working with Mark and Mike this involved managing a dedicated telemarketing team and writting and setting up of selected Telemarketing software campaigns, establishing CRM systems to meet the changing business briefs, creating and maintaining database call lists and property ownership information, managing campaign outcomes and creating campaign reports for clients as well has data qualification.In all campaigns flushing out any NOW opportunites and providing those to the property team. Mark left the fold as the company changed it's focus, Mike took the Telemarketing into a new venture called Property Only and at this time I took the opportunity to step way to focus on bringing my own Locator technology into and across the Australian market.

With technology we invented and manage we delivered Marketing Services to companies of all shapes and sizes. While also maintaining some design and marketing services to select customers. This was a brave new world.I called this Expression Technology. Expression is our own technology invented, created and deliverd by ourselves, it is now a global product namely Expression EDM and Brand Plus.Our customers range from European Blue Chips to small SMB's. We workes in collaboration with Creative Agencies and their Print Service Providers, delivering a most UNIQUE 1:1 Marketing Services experience which delivers campaign response rates of up to 60%.During this time I also Invested in two HP Digital printing presses for personalised printing technology with HP setting up an LLP print company. This was as a JV in partnership with Giles and David at Heornsgate printing in Basildon, wonderful people to be in business with and I would not hesitate again if the opportunity presented itself again. It was hard work and great while it lasted, it's a shame the Facilities Management companies have ruined the UK printing industry.While here we created some great new opportunities, established some great relationships which I am still enjoying today. My eyes opened to the possibility of providing solutions to customers needs as opposed to working to a structured brief.This lead to my involvement in customising software solutions to meet clients needs in niche markets. One of these Niche markets being 'International Property Development'. It was here where the scope for Expression Technology to create LOCATOR software was first established for European deployment, then Mexico, then Panama, then USA, and now Australia.

Started Inner Circle to prove I could do it my way and a better way. The future of the company would depend on the ability of every employee to enjoy their work and get the very best education they could by doing as much variety of work we could find.- Typesetting and Artwork production company - Became a bureau for Apple Mac output - Became colour scanning and repro bureau for pre - press - Started a creative studio - took on creative consultancy- Obtained a few blue chip accounts and entered into the Creative Marketing space.While attending Print 01 show in Chicago, on Sept 11th for HP - after that day my world changed. I was the first person to buy the new "HP Digital Printing press" world wide based on the old indigo. 2001 to 2003 was about down sizing - My world changed because the world itself changed. I needed a new direction, so I embarked on a new venture with Marketing Plus developing software I wish we always had.

Initially working with Stan Conway, with a great team of people, Mike Shearing, Colin, Paul Benedict, Ted, Fiona, Des, Paul, Mick Tonello, THE SWITCHBOARD Girls (best ever), soooo many to name and remember such a wonderful time of my life was with this crew. After great success at Conway's I left to check out the green on other side of the fence, after a brief period with QBF I returned to help Stan to work with Ian at Type Gallery. As Sales Director at Type Gallery I created new business development success, securing contracts with top brand and design companies like Wolf Olins, Conran Design Group, Liberty, Four IV and many more besides... One of the most enjoyable aspects of my time here was learning from the master Ian Kay on how to make a P&L monthly report come to life. Ian was very influencial in giving me confidence to create my own business success.

This is where I fell into the back door of the graphics industry, I worked with Brian Heppel, John Miller and Derek Healy. I was taken under John's wing who gave me the opportunity in sales. Derek Healy was also instrumental in facilitating this for me. I developed the IPC magazine business and Marshall Cavendish Partworks and Publishing companies in general to such a size I was head hunted directly by Stan Conway to go join him at Conway Group Graphics. Thank you to John and Derek for the opportunity and setting me on my way. This early start with access to linotronic green screen page typesetting got my interest in IT kick started.
