Entering & managing data for the various software used daily, along with consistently using Microsoft 365 and Excel. Maintaining receipts of goods and supplies into inventory software, updating product inventory for mailroom and warehouse. Keeping up to date with product adaptation processing, ensuring area ministry offices, domestically and internationally are receiving products. Maintain fulfillment procedures to meet the demand of customers, donors, and area ministry offices. Also, responsible for recording donor receivables paid by checks for the accounting department.

Participating in production for live services on Sundays, setting up camera’s, sound and instruments for worship leaders. Editing videos for Senior Pastors sermon before Sunday’s services.
