Sales have grown 600%, the team has grown from 12 to 55 and the company has continued to meet or exceed our customer/board's expectations.

Hired to transition company into a leader in VMware systems management space. In my short tenure, we successfully repositioned company from a mainframe-only solution to a virtualization management solution, rebuilt the company marketing program from scratch, implemented lead nurturing, closed multiple new customers, courted positive mentions from multiple analyst relations firms, and became the target of multiple acquiring companies.

Responsible for worldwide marketing including: product marketing and marketing communications. Recently completed global launch which included: completely redesigned website, new content, new collateral, new booth, etc. Launch garnered over 20 different articles and countless blogs.
