With over 25 years of experience in technical support, software instruction, and problem solving, I am a passionate and dedicated IT professional who strives to provide the best solutions for customers and colleagues. My last position as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Malwarebytes, where I leveraged my expertise in Windows and Malwarebytes software to diagnose and resolve issues, as well as to assist and guide my team members.In my role at Malwarebytes, I have been responsible for conducting extensive reviews of computer logging, remoting into customer's machines, and using the support ticketing system to handle complex and challenging cases. I have also become the unofficial Windows expert, and have helped most of my colleagues with troubleshooting guidance. Additionally, I have demonstrated my customer service skills, by manning the premium support phone queue system and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Some of the skills that I have applied and developed in this role include technical support, software updates, problem solving, communication, and collaboration.
