I have also become the unofficial Windows expert, and have helped most of my colleagues with troubleshooting guidance. Additionally, I have demonstrated my customer service skills, by manning the premium support phone queue system and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Some of the skills that I have applied and developed in this role include technical support, software updates, problem solving, communication, and collaboration.
