CurrentDevelop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth.•Research customer business needs and develop a mix of products and services to meet customer needs.•Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers based on business needs and goals.•Offer value-added services to customers as needed to help support growth and customer loyalty.•Proactively inform customers of market conditions, product innovations, competitor products, prices, and sales.•Troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process (out of stocks, special orders, low inventory, etc.)•Complete knowledge of customer contracts and tracks compliance mutually.•Communicate effectively with other Sysco Operating Companies & Specialty Companies service customers to maximize Customer Experience (new locations openings, order guide changes, limited time offers, etc.).
