Programme Manager accountable for the Client Services Portfolio at Barclays Wealth and platform owner for multiple Client Services applications used by Bankers, Relationship Managers and Service Centres. Delivered strategic business and technology change to the Wealth, Private Bank, Premier and Offshore business, both in the UK and globally. I was accountable for the successful delivery of the project test lifecycle across several portfolios of projects and strategic programmes, delivered by a team of Portfolio and Programme Test Managers within Operations & IT. I was responsible for over 30 members of staff in 2 teams: Test Leads and Test Managers. This encompassed the leadership and line management of the teams, development and sharing of best practice, portfolio management and engagement with senior stakeholders. I restructured and led these teams through a major transition to an outsourced testing provider and took them through a major transformational change as we established a new UAT team, expanded the role of our Test Leads and continuously improved how we delivered our projects for the Bank.

I was the Development Team Manager of the Enterprise Content Management function in Core Banking Tech at CYB. My team were responsible for the design, development and maintenance of ECM systems in the bank, as well as all print changes. My role involved application ownership, technology strategy, team management, tech change delivery, operational management, vendor management and assuring the quality of the team's project delivery work across a variety of programmes and portfolios.
