As a consultant experienced in program management disciplines and focused on disability inclusion, I'm a strategic partner to craft plans, build brands, and provide training and technical assistance to help move inclusion forward in the workplace, marketplace and community. Our clients receive customized and timely support and experience a positive workflow and enjoyable culture.I have supported federal agencies and private sector Fortune 500 companies working to provide reasonable accommodations and assistive technology, improve Rehabilitation Act and Americans with Disabilities Act compliance and overall accessibility, and to help increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities and for SSA beneficiaries who want to return work.I also work in the mentoring space and currently serve as a Co-Chair of the Board of Advisors of the National Disability Mentoring Coalition (NDMC). As an NDMC co-founder and previous NDMC Director, I am motivated to expand mentoring as a disability inclusion strategy through legislation, programming and technical assistance.
