• Solicit, evaluate, originate, and structure credit requests consistent with Bank loan policy and solicit deposit relationships. Manage relationships that meet expected individual loan and deposit volume goals while producing appropriate interest and fee income for the Bank.• Proactively manage portfolio to lessen risk exposure and increase quality consistent with Bank policy guidelines. Perform accurate documentation, credit analysis, and file maintenance, adding to the soundness of the credit portfolio and preparation for third-party review.• Develop and maintain a network of referral sources including accountants, attorneys, insurance agents, appraisers, key customers, and other Banker personnel.• Expand and solidify customer relationships through referrals to appropriate areas of the Bank with the goal of increase profitability.• Responsible for performing duties in accordance with banking laws and regulations as they apply to all aspects of retail deposit and lending operations. Went through a business banking training program which focused on how to work with businesses in many different kinds of industries. Received training and assisted business bankers in financial and statistical analyses, conducting research, prepared documents, pricing and structuring of loans, commercial real estate, and underwriting.
