- Led the consolidation of investment requests during the 2020 budget process. The new on-budget metric will allow the City Leadership Team (CLT) to compare the project performance across a variety of disparate functions.- Consolidated Operational Health and Safety data for deployment in Qlik Sense. The new Qlik Sense dashboard will provide senior leaders with a dynamic tool for locating and acting on important OH&S issues.- Assisted in the development of a new city-wide GM Dashboard. Process included mapping hundreds of departmental metrics from SharePoint into Qlik Sense. - Created a new senior-level dashboard for the City of Vancouver’s Civic Satisfaction Survey results. Dashboard will allow senior-level staff to gain additional insights through a dynamic, cross-tabulated interface. Beta version was shared with the CFO.- Used the Results Based Accountability framework to develop more effective performance measures for the City Protective Services business stream. These new measures will focus on the effect of the department’s effort, linking performance directly to the department’s input.
