Main areas of focus: digital communications, graphic design, bike infrastructure policy planning, and assisting volunteer engagement. Leading a Bike Share Toronto implementation research project in Scarborough North where I talked to and surveyed residents about their current user experience with biking and their thoughts on the 2022-2025 Growth Plan.

-Worked and researched on policy briefs and constituency issues including TTC safety and local road parking -Created dozens of posters and flyers for Eglinton East LRT consultations, monthly events, and volunteer recruitment using Adobe Illustrator for Instagram and print, within a short timeframe while ensuring accessibility between English, Tamil, and Chinese text -Entered data for more than 1000+ residents using Microsoft Excel and ForeAction-Recruited 30+ volunteers for our events -Planned our volunteer engagement event, attended by 125+ residents and 5+ local non-profit / post-secondary institutions -Promoted and assisted in our community BBQ, attended by 1500+ residents -Helped residents with 311-related issues-Assisted Councillor Jamaal Myers and his staff in affairs relating to Ward 23 Scarborough North

-Assisted in marketing our Night Market festival in March 2024 with Laurier's Taste of Asia, Vietnamese Student Association, and Asian Students in Business clubs, resulting in hundreds of attendees-Assisted in the production of graphics and videos using the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Figma-Help host, plan, and promote club events and initiatives including Night Market, Boba and Board Games Night, and Lunar New Year Night

-Engaged with the public for the mayorial city election campaigns, transit riders debate, Line 3 Scarborough replacement plan, and Wheel-Trans "Family of Services" report-Spoke to various media organizations including the CBC, CP24, Global News, and the Scarborough Mirror, as well as spoke at Toronto City Council-Used CallHub and Nationbuilder to conduct outreach and maintain our website-Researched and developed various digital experiences using Node.js, HTML, and JavaScript-Hosted and participated in canvassing and outreach events-Designed flyers and graphics for our campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite-Taught newcomers about how to use and create change in transit-Helped designed slideshow and contributed to the annual general meeting-Co-planned and coordinated our Youth Leadership Conference, attended by ~20 aspiring changemakers

-Created 13 videos for the Architectural Conservancy Ontario's Heritage Awards, 2021-Followed ACO's brand guidelines and colour scheme -Utilized Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and the Google Earth Studio -Communicated with staff to ensure a visually effective video using maps, images, and keyframe animation
