I am an AVP / Assistant Financial Center Manager II at Cadence Bank, where I lead and support a team of bankers to provide exceptional customer service and financial solutions. I also oversee the daily operations and compliance of the branch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. With the help of my team, I have increased the branch's deposit growth, loan production, and customer retention rate.In addition, I am the Managing Partner of Yami Crab Seafood and Bar, a full-service restaurant that I co-founded in 2019. I am responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff, as well as ordering and inventory management, sales forecasting, and guest satisfaction. I also developed and implemented a beverage program that features wine, beer, and craft cocktails. Since its opening, Yami Crab has attracted a loyal customer base and received positive reviews and ratings.I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Economics from Middle Georgia State University, where I learned how to analyze and interpret economic data and trends. I have strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, public speaking, and business case preparation.
