Building a team to drive the development of architectural standards and best practices for enterprise and consumer authentication.

I will be responsible for assisting our customers and partners begin to use Yubico solutions for authentication. I will also be participating in the FIDO alliance and will be evangelizing the benefits of U2F.

In November I joined Costco to be a member of the Identity and Access Management team (IAM). I will be working with the rest of the members to continue to develop the IAM practices at this great organization.

In my current position for Insyndia Global, I have implemented many solutions centered on strong authentication and identity management. Specific projects include building and implementing strong authentication solutions for a Fortune 10 company. I have also built and implemented SharePoint Claims Providers for on premise as well as hosted solutions. In addition to that, I helped migrate SharePoint 2010 from Integrated Windows Authentication over to claims based authentication for multiple Fortune 500 companies.• Architected and Developed federated identity solution for a pharmaceutical company that allowed partners and suppliers identities to be managed locally• Deployed federation solution from ground up for pharmaceutical company to federate with joint ventures• Developed and deployed architecture integrating Office 365 with Active Directory• Architected, Developed and deployed multi-factor authentication for an automotive company that enhanced the security for web based remote access portal.• Developed and deployed SharePoint claims provider allowing for multiple active directory domains for an eCommerce .com• Consulted company on identity unification, provisioning and federation solutions for entire product suite• Participant in the FIDO Alliance working groups

While working for Insyndia Global as an Infrastructure Architect I had several key customers for our company and successfully worked in a variety of environments. My primary responsibility in this role was the development of the architecture for a small global enterprise. This architecture required a globally accessible system that met the challenges of an extremely diverse and widespread end-user population. After a base design was done, I worked with a team of individuals to deploy the solution in multiple data centers and branch office locations. In addition to deploying the hosting hardware, corporate messaging, and collaborative portals, I was responsible for provisioning and managing the VSAT network. The VSAT network ended up being the largest civilian VSAT network in Afghanistan. This VSAT network required on-site service to convert the terminals from Ka to Ku band, this required that I made two separate trips to Afghanistan as a civilian to deploy these services.My customers and partners have learned that they can rely on the solutions provided Insyndia Global as they get deployed successfully no matter what the environment is.

In addition to joining the development team working on the existing C/C++ product base, I worked on several different projects. These projects included customizing the Application Life Cycle Management applications. The final project I worked on for Vadium was designing and developing an automated appliance creation script that cut manufacturing time from 2 weeks to 3 hours.

During my tenure at CCI Solutions I wore many hats, application developer, web developer, systems analyst, systems administrator, network administrator, and PBX administrator. My application and web development projects were mostly centered around implementing solutions tied to the OEF system. These solutions included deploying and enhancing the ecommerce system, handling programmatic updates to inventory and pricing, and deploying data analysis applications for senior management. Also during my tenure I managed and migrated workstations from a Windows 95/NT 4 infrastructure into a Windows 7 and Windows Server 2003.
