As a Product Management Consultant for this Series B startup, I structured, streamlined, and enhanced the Product Management and Product Operations team processes and deliverables. I helped bring the first FORT Pro Series products and the Robotics Control Platform to General Availability, identified market opportunities and associated new use cases, and defined the outcome-driven roadmaps for FORT’s next generation of functional safety and control systems. My depth and breadth of knowledge in industrial IoT, autonomous and remotely controlled machines, and functional safety systems developed throughout this 13-month engagement with FORT as we helped customers safely and securely increase productivity through robotics.

• PM leader for SD-WAN/SASE, driving product strategy, roadmap, evangelism, lifecycle, market positioning and partnerships, supervising and mentoring local and remote product managers, setting priorities for a distributed team of over 100 engineers, and orchestrating cross-functional execution plans globally. • Delivered connection resilience and QoS technologies to optimize user experience with SaaS/DaaS and cloud-hosted apps, and fostered partnerships and integrations with the Big 3 public cloud vendors, enabling Citrix to be first to market with support for Microsoft Azure VWAN, AWS Transit Gateway Connect and GCP NCC. • Introduced first Microsoft-qualified optimized connectivity product for Office 365 / M365, increasing Citrix brand awareness and resulting in rapid customer adoption and triple digit YoY growth.• Integrated SD-WAN technology with Citrix Workspace and the HDX/ICA protocol stack, and conducted Future-of-Work customer research, defining “Homeforce” / hybrid work opportunity in advance of COVID-19 and positioning Citrix for 71% YoY subscription revenue growth in 2020. • Validated market opportunity and defined roadmap for expanding the Citrix Cloud PoP infrastructure, supporting as-a-Service offerings for branch office, work-from-home and on-the-go mobile workers.

• Leader of a large virtual team responsible for enhancing Citrix's products with the latest multimedia virtualization technologies, including streaming media, 3D professional graphics with GPU sharing, and real-time communications (VoIP and Unified Communications). • Defined and executed Citrix's multimedia product strategy, creating business plans, articulating our vision as a public spokesperson, specifying product requirements, building ecosystem partnerships and supporting major account sales. • Introduced many industry-leading innovations to bring Citrix to #1 position in VDI, such as HDX 3D Pro, HTML5 Video Redirection, Adaptive Transport, Framehawk (acquisition), Adaptive Display, and optimizations for Unified Communications. • Grew adoption of HDX RealTime Optimization Pack by 500K Daily Active Users over 12 months, prompting my VP to write, “What you achieved with Skype for Business is nothing short of incredible”.

• Directed a team of product managers responsible for Citrix's Identity & Access Management (IAM) business and activities of an R&D group of over 50 engineers, transforming Citrix into a multi-product company with the introduction of Access Suite, growing total revenue 236% in 4 years. • Drove product strategy, roadmap, annual business planning, product requirements specification, program management, major account sales support, strategic partnering, and communications with sales and marketing teams globally. • Led Citrix’s Single Sign-On solution to #1 market position and won Gartner’s only “Strong Positive” rating in their evaluation of 13 competing products (top-right of “Magic Quadrant”) plus CODiE peer-recognition awards for Best Data Security Solution and Best Identity Management Solution.
