With 15 years as a media and technology leader, I've worn multiple hats – from developing products to selling content IPs. I strongly believe in being audience-first as it drives product and content success. Hence my passion lies in growing communities around content, building empathy with IPs and characters, and driving action through impactful storytelling to shape culture. Being a co-founder of a creator platform has given me the diverse sets of skills to effectively lead and grow a media business from 0 to 1.My first foray in blending my passion in content and technology came at Starhub where I built one of the early Internet TV platforms in Singapore in 2009. I later moved to Cooliris, a start-up revolutionising the way users engage with media on the web and mobile, to be on the forefront of mobile technology and startup ecosystem in Silicon Valley. Viddsee is a product of my continued passion in content and technology, but also the birth of building communities and a creator economy to drive sustainability for creatives to tell stories.
