Working at Flying Horse Club and Resort I was able to interact with a group of highly motivated and skilled individuals dedicated to delivering quality hospitality services. I directed a fast-paced team to manage high end banquet style events for up to 200 guests. I also had the opportunity to develop the food and beverage program on the new Flying Horse North Golf Course.

I provided fine dining resort level services to members and guests at the Steakhouse. I also handled the in room delivery program that presented the same high level of service and hospitality.
